We carry out evaluation of regulations based on existing inspection
standards of customers in a wide range of sectors, including
all the manufacturing stages of textile products from raw materials
to finished products, as well as leather, rubber and plastics,
interior goods, and industial materials.
In addition to the JIS standards, we also offer testing methods
based on overseas standards including ISO, EN, ASTM, AATCC,
and GB.

Safety evaluation
We carry out evaluation of
safety, with specification testing of toys, instruments, containers
and packaging to measure formaldehyde levels and so on, as well
as flammablility testing of materials for automobile interior
furnishing. |
Evaluation
of functional products
We carry out evaluation of a range of functional materials (Antibacterial,
Deodorant, Sweat absorbent and quick drying, Heat retaining,
etc.) which are becoming common in response to the growing demand
for healthy, more comfortable lifestyle products.  |

Chemical analysis and instrumental analysis
We carry out a wide range of analysis using the latest equipment.
In addition to qualitative and quantitative analysis of finishing
agents, fabric pH, infrared spectroscopic analysis, and X-ray
fluorescence analysis, we conduct surface and cross-sectional
observation of yarn and woven fabrics with electron microscopy.

vinyl chloride resin, and harmful aromatic amines in the azo

Deflection test (desk)
Defined weights are placed evenly on the desk and left
for a set time. The deflection before and after weighting
is measured to evaluate warping of the table top.

Load of 950 N is applied to the seat and 330 N to the
back for a specified number of times to evaluate the durability
of the chair.

The bonding strength of the upper and sole of glued shoes
is evaluated.

Leak test (umbrella)
After being subjected to artificial rain, the inside of
the umbrella is observed for leakage and permeation of
water to evaluate rain leakage.
